Vanessa grew up surrounded by music as the daughter of a music minister. She has been singing for audiences since she was five years old and won her first statewide songwriting award in second grade. She loves connecting with her audience. "People see a piece of my soul during a performance." Her major influences include Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow, and Shakira. She has recorded 2 full-length CDs and has been performing for live audiences since the age of 12. Her songs are co-written with, keyboardist, Ian Hisert.

Ian has been playing the blues, writing pop music and performing in various jazz, funk and cover bands over the past 15 years, most recently with the San Francisco based party band Notorious.

Usurping the role of electric guitarist is Eric Golub on viola, who "plays adventurous music...where he displays an appealing sound, impressive technique and an open-minded style." - L.A. Jazz Scene

Holding the band together and laying down tasty grooves is Derek Yergler on bass.
