Hundreds attended the En Gedi music festival held Friday and Saturday, July 24, and 25 at the Leonidas campground.

The festival’s theme this year was recovery. Help groups, including Celebrate Recovery were present, and testimony’s of success were given.

Some of the top christian artists were Beckah Shac, Stars go dim, Cody Collier, Tasha Lavton, Santus Real, KJ 52, Rhett Walker and Unspoken.

There were two stages, the larger stage for the top headliners, and a smaller tent with local talent. Blessed Ellen, a local singer said “It’s a blessing to be here.”

A new group, just married Logan and Katie worship, said this was their first time at the festival as a duo.

“We want to be a blessing to people in recovery, and share the peace that God gives, and let everybody know that it’s going to be OK,” said campground owner David Grimm. “We want to communicate hope.”
